摘要
当前日本的空置房现象日趋严重,房屋空置率的提升不仅降低了当地的生活品质,而且阻碍了日本地方经济发展,人口老龄化是造成空置房出现的一个重要因素。日趋严重的人口老龄化问题,不但造成日本房地产市场的供需失衡,而且进一步加大了日本地方和首都圈地区的经济发展差距,空置房问题由此产生。为此,日本政府通过法律及行政手段,采取了诸多措施,积极解决空置房问题。日本的经验值得借鉴,绵阳应注重人口老龄化问题,积极发展康养产业,助力经济实现高质量增长。
At present,the phenomenon of vacant houses in Japan is becoming more and more serious.The increase of housing vacancy rate not only reduces the quality of life in the local area,but also hinders the development of local economy in Japan.The aging of the population is an important factor in the emergence of vacant houses.The increasingly serious problem of population aging has not only caused imbalances in the Japanese real estate market,but also has further increased the economic development gap between Japan's local and metropolitan areas.The Japanese government has taken many measures including the legal and administrative means to solve the problem of vacant houses.Mianyang should pay attention to the problem of population aging,actively develop the health and wellness industry,learn from the Japan experiences,to achieve a high-quality economic growth.
