摘要
运用工业分析、元素分析、热重分析和红外光谱分析的方法,对比分析了新疆和丰煤在酸洗脱灰前后结构的变化。研究结果表明:酸洗处理能够将煤中灰分质量分数降低至1.52%,灰分脱除率高达92.82%。酸洗处理会对煤样产生弱破坏作用,但不会破坏煤的大分子网络结构。通过红外谱图分峰拟合可以发现:酸洗处理能够有效脱除煤中矿物质,对煤中脂肪类物质影响较小,对芳香结构和含氧官能团影响较大。在酸洗过程中芳香结构会发生取代反应,烷基醚和芳基醚的相对质量分数显著减少,而酚羟基的相对质量分数显著增加。
The structure differences of Xinjiang Hengfeng coal before and after acid-washing treatment were comparatively studied by industrial,elemental,termogravimetric analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR).The results show that the ash mass fraction in coal is reduced to 1. 52% and the ash removal rate reaches to 92.82% by acid-washing treatment.The acid-washing treatment weakly destroys the coal sample,but will not destroy the macromolecular network structure of the coal. Peak fitting of FTIR shows that acid-washing effectively removes minerals from coal,and has little effect on fatty substances and great influence on aromatic structure and oxygen-containing functional groups. Substitution reaction takes place in aromatic structure during acid-washing.The relative mass fraction of alkyl ether and aromatic ether decreases obviously,while the relative mass fraction of phenolic hydroxyl groups increases obviously.
