新型微生物功能菌剂的筛选与功能菌肥的研制 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统的微生物肥料存在的弊端,筛选出解磷菌FL7、解钾菌K3和固氮菌N13个功能独特、效果明显的功能菌株并制得复合微生物菌剂,将复合微生物菌剂按一定比例添加至畜禽粪便中,制得复合微生物功能菌肥。通过田间试验表明,该复合微生物功能菌肥具有改善作物根际微生态环境、提高作物品质、改良土壤、降低生产成本等特点。 In view of the shortcomings of traditional microbial fertilizers,three functional strains with unique functions and obvious effects,namely,phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms FL7,potassium bacteria K3 and azotobacter N1 were screened out and the compound microbial agent was prepared.The compound microbial functional bacterial fertilizer was prepared by adding the compound microbial agent to livestock and poultry manure in a certain proportion.The field experiments showed that the compound microbial functional bacterial fertilizer had the characteristics of improving the rhizosphere micro-ecological environment of crops,increasing the quality of crops,improving the soil and lowering the production cost.
