摘要
1^#高压氨合成装置的氨合成塔原采用DN1000mm二轴一径型内件,其在使用后期存在产量低、系统压力高、催化剂床层同平面温差大等问题,为此,将氨合成塔内件更换为一轴二径型。改造后,合成氨产量由260t/d提高至300t/d,氨合成塔阻力由0.83MPa降至0.55MPa,系统阻力由2.30MPa降至1.80MPa,年可降低生产成本约316万元。
The ammonia converter of 1^# high-pressure ammonia synthesis unit originally adopted DN 1 000 mm two-axis and one-diameter internals.There are some problems in the later stage of operation,such as low output,high system pressure and large temperature difference in the same plane of catalyst bed etc.Therefore,the internals of ammonia converter are replaced by one-axis and twodiameter internals.After modification,the output of synthetic ammonia is increased from 260 t/d to 300 t/d,the resistance of ammonia converter is decreased from 0.83 MPa to 0.55 MPa,and the system resistance decreases from 2.30 MPa to 1.80 MPa.The annual production cost can be reduced by about 3.16 million yuan.
