工作危害分析法在农业生产中的应用与实践

Application and Practice of Job Hazard Analysis in Agricultural Production

在农业生产中,施肥、打药等作业环节存在较大的安全风险,而且与工矿企业的员工相比,农业一线作业人员安全意识薄弱、安全生产管理不够重视。以叶面喷施肥料液为例,采用工作危害分析法(JHA)对农业生产作业过程进行危害识别和风险评价,同时提出相应的防控措施,以有效消除作业隐患,保证作业人员的安全。

In agricultural production,there are greater safety risks such as the operation links of fertilization and pesticide application.Compared with industrial and mining enterprises,the safety awareness of agricultural front-line operators is weak and the safety production management is not paid enough attention.Taking foliar spraying of fertilizer liquid as an example,the method of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is used to identify and evaluate the hazards in the agricultural production process,and corresponding preventive and control measures are put forward to effectively eliminate the hidden dangers and ensure the safety of operators.
