摘要
3D打印技术的快速发展为复杂多孔骨支架的加工成型开创了条件,也使得组织工程支架研究工作重心从制造转向原型设计和高端个性定制。针对仿生骨支架复杂结构建模问题,重点介绍了造孔单元和功能梯度结构设计的研究现状,总结了现阶段仿生骨支架数字化设计中存在的问题,并展望了未来可能的研究方向。
The rapid progress of 3 D Printing( 3 DP) has made it possible for the machining of complex porous Bone Scaffold( BS),which also turned the key point of tissue engineering scaffold research from manufacturing into prototype design and high level customerization. Against the topic of Bionic Bone Scaffold( BBS) modeling,current research status of pore-making unit and Functionally Graded Structure( FGS) are emphasizedly introduced. Existing problems in digital BBS design are summarized and possible future research directions are issued.
