中药复方对2型糖尿病合并高血压病RAAS水平的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine compound on RAAS level of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension

目的:观察中药复方对2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者RAAS水平的影响。方法:将2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者60例根据就诊顺序分为两组各30例。治疗组给予西医基础治疗以及益气养阴、祛瘀化痰中药复方治疗,对照组给予西医基础治疗,30天为1个疗程,治疗前后检测患者RAAS水平(血浆卧立位PRA、Ang II及ALD)进行比较。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗前卧立位RAAS (PRA、AngⅡ、ALD)水平相比较没有统计学差异(P﹥0.05);对照组治疗前后卧立位RAAS (PRA、AngⅡ、ALD)水平相比无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。治疗组治疗后卧立位RAAS (PRA、AngⅡ、ALD)水平与治疗前比较均有明显改善,具有统计学差异(P﹤0.01);治疗组治疗后卧立位RAAS (PRA、AngⅡ、ALD)水平较对照组治疗前后均有明显改善,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:中药复方可以降低2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者RAAS水平。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound on the level of RAAS in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods:60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of visiting,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with basic therapy plus Chinese herbal compound for supplementing qi and nourishing yin as well as resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,while the control group was treated with western medicine. 30 days as a course of treatment. After a course of treatment,the level of patients’ RAAS(plasma lying and standing position PRA,Ang II and ALD)was detected,and compared with before treatment. Results:Compared treatment group with control group before tratment,the comparative difference of level of lying and standing position RAAS(PRA,Ang II,ALD)between two groups was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05). The comparative difference of level of lying and standing position RAAS(PRA,Ang II,ALD)of control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).The level of lying and standing position RAAS(PRA,AngII,ALD)in treatment group after treatment was more significantly improved than before treatment,and with statistical significance(P﹤0.01). The level of lying and standing position RAAS(PRA,Ang II,ALD)in treatment group after treatment was more significantly improved than control group before and after treatment,and with statistical significance(P ﹤ 0.01). Conclusion:Chinese herbal compound can reduce the level of RAAS in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
