中药联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽疗效观察

Efficiency observation of traditional Chinese drugs and montelukast on postinfectious cough of children

目的:观察中药联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的67例患儿随机分为治疗组35例和对照组32例,治疗组予中药健脾益肺止咳剂,同时口服孟鲁司特钠,对照组仅予孟鲁司特钠口服,1个疗程(7天)后观察治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈17例,好转15例,无效3例,总有效率为91.43%;对照组治愈8例,好转14例,无效10例,总有效率为68.75%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药健脾益肺止咳剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽效果优于单纯使用西药治疗。

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese drugs and montelukast on postinfectious cough of children. Methods:67 cases of children patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into35 cases of treatment group and 32 cases of control group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yifei Zhike preparation(traditional Chinese drug)and oral montelukast,while the control group was treated simply with oral montelukast. The therapeutic effect was observed after 1 course of treatment(7 days).Results:In treatment group,17 cases was cured,15 cases were improved,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was91.43%;while in control group,8 cases were cured,14 cases were improved,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 68.75%. The difference of total effective rate between two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). The treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion:The effect of Jianpi Yifei Zhike preparation(traditional Chinese drug)and montelukast on postinfectious cough of children is better than that of simple western medicine.
