中医治疗斑秃用药规律文献研究

Study on medication rule of TCM in treatment of alopecia areata based on literatures

目的:通过文献研究探讨中医治疗斑秃的用药规律。方法:从中国期刊全文数据库中检索治疗斑秃相关文献,提取中药处方,建立斑秃中医用药数据库,进行归纳统计分析。结果:斑秃的中药治疗以补虚药、治血药、祛风药为主,使用频率最高的中药依次为当归(79.65%),何首乌(67.44%),川芎(58.72%),熟地黄(58.14),女贞子(44.77%),白芍(41.56%),菟丝子(40.70%),茯苓(40.70%),甘草(40.11%),墨旱莲(33.14%),丹参(33.14%),枸杞子(33.14%)等。结论:斑秃的中医用药主要以滋阴补阳、益气养血、活血化瘀、清热凉血、祛风通络为主,治疗注重标本兼顾,先后天并补,以"血不能养发"为中心环节,从血论治。

Objective:To explore the medication rule of TCM in treatment of alopecia areata though studying the literatures.Methods:The literatures related to treatment of alopecia areata were retrieve from Chinese journal full-text database,and the prescriptions of TCM were extracted out.The database of medication of TCM in treatment of alopecia areata was established and analyzed by inductive statistics. Results:Traditional Chinese drugs of treating alopecia areata were mainly drugs for tonifying deficiency,blood-activation and dispelling wind. The most frequently used traditional Chinese drugs were in turn,angelica sinensis(79.65%),polygonum multiflorum(67.44%),rhizoma Chuanxiong(58.72%),prepared radix rehmanniae(58.14%),fructus ligustri lucidi(44.77%),radix paeoniae alba(41.56%),semen cuscutae(40.70%),poria cocos(40.70%),radix glycyrrhizae(40.11%),herba ecliptae(33.14%),radix salviae miltiorrhizae(33.14%),fructus lycii(33.14%),etc. Conclusion:The medication of TCM in treatment of alopecia areata is mainly nourishing yin and reinforcing yang,benefitinging qi and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,clearing away heat and cooling blood as well as dispelling wind and removing obstruction in the meridians.The treatment focuses on looking into both its roots cause and symptoms as well as both congenital and acquired benefiting."Blood can nourish hair" is taken as central link,so as to treat from blood.
