构建企业安全教育培训体系架构的思考

THOUGHTS ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF ENTERPRISE SAFETY EDUCATION AND TRAINING SYSTEM

事故频发的根本原因是安全教育培训严重不足。有效预防安全事故的根本措施是科学、系统做好安全教育培训工作。笔者从安全法律法规、安全技术、培训管理、安全文化等方面进行分析,针对企业安全教育培训工作主要问题,系统提出构建企业安全教育培训体系架构,旨在为企业现时期如何有效开展安全教育培训工作提出参考思路。

The root cause of frequent accidents is the serious shortage of safety education and training. The fundamental measure to prevent safety accidents effectively is to do safety education and training scientifically and systematically. Based on the analysis of safety laws and regulations, safety technology, training management and safety culture,pointing at the main problems of enterprise safety education and training, the paper systematically puts forward the construction of enterprise safety education and training system structure, aiming at providing reference ideas for enterprises how to effectively carry out safety education and training in the current period.
