摘要
针对生产线中对于螺栓压装机的动作要求,开发了一种螺栓压装机的控制系统。提出气压传动驱动回路的设计思路,建立了基于PLC的控制系统组成框图,确定了PLC的输入/输出点数并选择了PLC的型号,设计了PLC的外部接线图、扩展单元和控制程序。控制系统可实现手动和自动控制两种模式,手动控制时可用按钮实现单步运行,自动控制时利用磁性接近开关实现信号的采集和反馈。生产结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的可行性和可靠性。
Aiming at the action requirement of bolt pressing machine in production line, a control system of bolt pressing machine is developed in this paper.Firstly, the design idea of pneumatic drive circuit is put forward, and the block diagram of control system is established based on the PLC;then, the input / output points of PLC are determined, and the type of PLC is selected;finally, the external wiring diagram, the expansion unit and the control program of PLC are designed.The control system can realize both two modes of manual and automatic control;one-step operation can be achieved by using buttons in the manual control mode, while the signal acquisition and feedback can be realized by using magnetic proximity switch in the automatic control mode.The production results show that the control system has good feasibility and reliability.
