Design and Development for the Support Device of Guideway Shield

导轨做为设备最基础的重要部件,精度加工要求高,必须有导轨保护装置。本文重点介绍导轨防护罩支撑装置的设计与开发,通过对目前各种超长型设备的床身导轨进行分析,按照设计要求和设计原理,设计了结构简单,安装方便的导轨防护罩支撑装置,该装置节省材料,节约制造成本;结构使用范围广,适合于各类超长超大精密机床。

As the most basic components of equipment, the guide rail is so important that it requires high level of precision machining and the guideway protection devices.In this paper, design and development of the support device of guide rail protective cover are mainly introduced.Through analysis of the current various ultra-long bed guide devices, according to the design requirements and design principle, a support device for the guide rail protective cover is designed, which is simple in structure and easy to install.The device can save materials and the manufacturing costs.The structure has a wide range of applications, and is suitable for all types of ultra-long and ultra-precision machine tools.
