基于仿真和TOC的航天组件生产系统分析与优化

摘要 针对液体火箭发动机组件生产系统效率低和资源浪费等问题,提出了面向具有加工工序多、设备多、工位重入等复杂性和不确定性的生产系统的分析与优化方法。基于仿真目的和需求开展调研与数据收集,结合Plant Simulation软件对某液体火箭发动机组件生产系统进行建模仿真,运用TOC(Theory of Constraints,约束理论)对其分析以指导模型调试,从瓶颈工序和暂存区容量角度优化。结果表明该生产系统设备利用率提升明显,资源配置改善显著,证实了文中所提方法的有效性,为企业管理者提供了理论指导和技术支持。 In view of low efficiency and waste of liquid rocket engine components production system, a method to analyze and optimize was put forward for production system with complexity and uncertainty, such as processes, equipments and re-entrant workstations.Based on the purpose and demand of simulation, the investigation and data collection was carried out in this paper.Then, modeling and simulation of a liquid rocket engine component production system were conducted by using the Plant Simulation software.Finally, TOC was used to guide the model debugging and optimize the bottleneck process and temporary storage capacity.The results show that the utilization of equipments and the allocation of resources were improved significantly.The proposed method was verified and it can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the enterprise managers.
