环评制度是保护我国环境、避免出现环境生态污染的重要手段。在该项工作不断开展的过程中,做好制度的改革与优化成为了一项重点内容。在本文中,就环评审批制度改革目前的进展以及问题进行研究。

Environmental impact assessment system is an important means to protect our environment and avoid environmental and ecological pollution. In the process of the continuous development of this work, the reform and optimization of the system has become a key content. In this paper, we will do some research on the current progress and problems of EIA approval system reform.
