Analysis on Energy Saving Potential of Steam System in Washing Industry

在洗涤行业,蒸汽广泛适用于烘干机、熨烫机以及洗衣龙等工艺中。蒸汽作为能量的载体,在洗涤行业应用十分广泛。蒸汽热能使用效率的高低直接影响到企业的能源成本,影响企业能耗。在节能减排的大环境下,如何降低生产成本、提高热能的利用率,已经成为企业关注的主要问题之一。本文以泉州某洗涤公司为例,从闪蒸汽的回收、疏水的排放以及高温冷凝水回收等几个方面,探讨洗涤行业能源节约可行性方案。

In the washing industry, steam is widely used in dryers, ironing machines and laundry dragons. Steam, as the carrier of energy, is widely used in washing industry. The efficiency of steam heat energy directly affects the energy cost and energy consumption of enterprises. In the environment of energy saving and emission reduction, how to reduce production costs and improve the utilization rate of heat energy has become one of the main concerns of enterprises. Taking a washing company in Quanzhou as an example, this paper discusses the feasibility of energy saving in washing industry from the aspects of flash steam recovery, hydrophobic discharge and high temperature condensate recovery.
