本文对目前港口干散货码头普遍使用的两种计量方式--水尺计量和电子皮带秤计量的原理进行描述,并对其优缺点进行简要分析。对电子皮带秤的结构组成进行了总结,分析了各种结构的优缺点,对电子皮带秤常见问题、安装要求及标定方式进行了阐述。

This paper describes two kinds of metering methods commonly used in bulk cargo port: the water gauge and the electronic belt scale. It briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages they have, and summarizes the structure and composition of electronic belt scale. The essay also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of structure, and illustrates the common problems, installation requirements and verification methods of electronic belt scale.
