剪力键设计方法在国标规范中尚无明确规定,本文分析美标API规范中剪力键设计原理,依托工程实例采用有限元软件对剪力键计算进行模拟,验证了采用API规范公式进行剪力键设计的可靠性和合理性,可为剪力键连接设计提供参考。

The design method of shear key has not been clearly defined in China national standards. Thus the design principle of shear key as specified in API specification of American Standard is analyzed, and the shear key calculation is simulated by using finite element software based on the engineering practice. The research results show that it is reliable and reasonable to apply API formula in the design of shear key, which will provide a reference for the design of shear key connection.
