摘要
《装卸油品码头设计防火规范》(JTJ 237-99)自实施应用以来,在港口消防安全保证方面起到关键性指导作用,但在应用中也存在一些与现行规范不一致和规定不明确之处,作者结合自身多年设计、咨询经验,对规范中的条文进行了解析,提出了一些见解,供同行探讨。
Code for Fire Prevention Design of Oil Loading/Unloading Terminals (JTJ237-99) has played a key guidance role in port fire protection since its implementation, but these are some undefined content and discrepancy between the above mentioned and other current codes. Thus the provisions specified in the former one are analyzed on the basis of the design and consulting experience over years, some suggestions are proposed for reference.
