五四运动孕育了以爱国、进步、民主、科学为主要内容的伟大五四精神。这种精神涵养了青年成长中关于“青年与时代的关系”“青年的职责与素养”“青年的实践取向”等问题。这正是西藏确立“靠得住、用得上、留得下”的青年人才培养目标的新时代价值思考。基于此,文章认为以五四精神为价值生长点,坚持“把握时代特征”“增进能力本领”“坚定理想信念”“投身社会实践”的培育实践向度,可以更好地帮助培养西藏时代新青年。

May Fourth Movement in Chinese history gave birth to the great May Fourth Spirit with patriotism,progress,democracy and science as its main contents.The spirit covers the issues like"the relationship between youth and the times","the responsibilities and accomplishment of youth"and"the practical orientation of youth"in the growth of young people.This is exactly the value-focused thinking of Tibet setting the goal of training young talents who are"reliable,capable and retainable"in the new era.The article proposes that if we take the May Fourth Spirit as the value growing point,and have young people to"understand the characteristics of the times","improve their ability and skills","firm their ideal and faith"and"participate in social practice",it can better assist the cultivation of the new youth for Tibet.
