基于最优组合赋权和改进TOPSIS模型的区域农业水资源恢复力评价 被引量:8

摘要 为解决区域农业水资源系统恢复力诊断分析方法薄弱问题,以黑龙江省建三江管理局15个农场为例,构建区域农业水资源指标评价体系,基于拉格朗日极值原理将最优组合赋权法赋予指标权重,建立改进TOPSIS农业水资源恢复力评价模型,并利用ArcGIS软件绘制其恢复力等级空间图。结果表明,恢复力为Ⅰ、Ⅱ等级农场占农场总数80%,其中洪河农场恢复力最高(0.6551),创业农场最低(0.2666),空间分布呈“西南部低,东北部高”趋势;改进TOPSIS模型得综合值极差为0.3885,变异系数为0.2207,Spearman相关系数为0.9964,均优于另两种方法单独评价结果,利于评价农场水资源恢复力。可有效解决TOPSIS模型数据波动较大和评价模型等距处理难问题,对黑龙江省农垦建三江管理局农业水资源合理开发和管理具有指导意义。 In order to solve the problem of weak diagnosis and analysis method of regional agricultural water resource system,this article took 15 farms in the Jiansanjiang Administration of Heilongjiang Province as examples.Based on the Lagrange extreme principle,the optimal combination weight method was used to obtain the index weights,and an improved TOPSIS agricultural water resource resilience evaluation model was established.Finally,ArcGIS software was used to draw the resilience level space map.The results showed that the number of farms with resilience grade of I and II was 80%of the total number of farms.Honghe Farm had the highest resilience,and Chuangye Farm had the lowest resilience.The spatial distribution in Jiansanjiang Administration was"low in the southwest and high in the northeast".The range of comprehensive value obtained by improved TOPSIS model was 0.3885,the coefficient of variation was 0.2207,and the correlation coefficient of Spearman was 0.9964,which were higher than the evaluation results of the other two methods.It was more conducive to distinguish the resilience of water resources in each farm.The research method effectively solved the problem that the TOPSIS model data volatility was large and the evaluation model was difficult to deal with,and the research results had important guiding significance for the rational development and management of agricultural water resources of Heilongjiang Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Sanjiang Administration.
