城市群空间结构与区域治理模式的协同演化——以珠江三角洲城市群为例

城市群空间结构与区域治理模式之间存在协同演化关系。伴随着城市群空间结构阶段性的演化过程,城市群区域治理模式经历了行政区行政、区域行政、区域协同治理的演化过程。通过对珠三角城市群空间结构与区域治理模式协同演化过程的研究,探讨了城市群空间结构与区域治理模式之间存在的协同演化机理,二者之间呈现出"不协同-协同-不协同"的螺旋协同演化轨迹。城市群空间结构与区域治理间保持良好的协同演化关系是促进二者协同演化的关键,需要不断的调整区域治理模式,提升协同治理水平。

There is a co-evolutionary relationship between the spatial structure of urban agglomeration and regional governance model. With the gradual evolution of the spatial structure of urban agglomeration, the regional governance model of urban agglomeration has experienced the evolution process of administrative region administration, regional administration and regional collaborative governance.
