旅游企业合作型竞争、吸收力和经营成果研究 被引量:2

Research on Cooperative Competition, Absorption Capacity and Operating Results of Tourism Enterprises

摘要 本文通过对旅游企业相关调查研究,旨在验证旅游企业合作竞争对企业吸收能力和经营绩效的影响。本研究利用SPSS24.0和AMOS 24.0对相关调查数据进行了探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析及变量相关分析。通过实证分析,发现:1)合作力对潜在的吸收力和实现的吸收力均有正向影响;2)竞争力对潜在吸收力没有积极影响,但对实现的吸收力产生了正向影响;3)合作力性对财务成果和非财务成果均有正面影响产生了正向影响;4)竞争力对财务绩效成果和非财务成果均产生了正向影响;5)潜在吸收力对财务成果和非财务成果业绩没有产生了正向影响;6)实现的吸收力对财务成果和非财务成果均产生了正向影响。 The study conducted a survey on the employees of tourism corporation in Seoul, Busan, Gyeongnam and Ulsan.With aim to verify the effects of tourism corporations’ co-opetition on absorptive copacity and business performance.SPSS24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used to conduct exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis on the relevant survey data.The results of the structural equation analysis for verification of research hypothesis are as follows: i) It was identified that cooperation had a positive(+) impact on potential capacity and realized capacity.ii)Competition did not have any positive(+) impact on potential capacity, but competition had a positive(+) impact on realized capacity.iii)Cooperation had a positive(+) impact on financial performance and nonfinancial performance.iv)Competition had a positive(+) impact on financial performance and nonfinancial performance.v) Potential capacity did not have any positive(+) impact on financial performance and nonfinancial performance.vi) Realized capacity had a positive(+) impact on financial performance and nonfinancial performance.
