针对目前我国农业科技创新型人才培养过程中出现的问题,从育人观念、培养模式、质量评估、教学改革、师资队伍、专业实践等方面进行探讨,积极采取“转变培养观念、重构具有地方特色的农业科技创新型研究生培养模式、完善研究生质量评估体系、推动教学改革、抓大力气建设更具创新活力的教师队伍、积极拓展农业科技创新人才实践途径”等措施,促进农业科技创新人才培养。
