在全面建设社会主义现代化强国的大背景下,科技强国、质量强国、制造强国等建设已经全面展开,迫切需要强有力的人才和智力支撑。专业学位自2009年招收全日制研究生以来,以培养应用型人才为目标,近年来专业学位研究生的招生数量逐年增加,研究生就业问题逐渐凸显。根据现阶段各高校研究生就业指导课程建设的现状,本研究提出了改进的对策,包括加强就业指导课程的建设和发挥实践基地的作用等,促进专业学位研究生求职能力的提高。

Under the background of making China a great modern socialist country in every dimension, scientific and technological power, quality power and manufacturing power have been developed in all respects, urgently need talents and intellectual support. Professional degrees have enrolled full -time graduate students since 2009, aim to cultivate applied talents. In recent years, the number of professional degree postgraduates has increased year by year, postgraduate employment has become a growing problem. Based on the current situation of postgraduate employment guidance curriculum construction in various universities, this study puts forward countermeasures for improvement, including strengthening the construction of employment guidance curriculum, emphasizing the role of the practice base, etc., to improve the job-hunting ability of professional degree postgraduate.
