进口丁二烯螺杆压缩机检修技术研究

对于进口螺杆压缩机的检修技术,其出口国一贯持保密态度。丁二烯压缩机是石油化工企业丁二烯抽提装置中的关键设备。文章记录并总结了日本进口丁二烯螺杆压缩机检修技术,介绍了该压缩机在机房内拆装、整体吊装以及检修厂房内的解体、检查、换件、组装、试验等过程与技术要点,为相关企业今后类似进口螺杆压缩机的检修提供理论依据和技术支持。

The exporting countries always maintain a confidential attitude to the overhaul technology of imported screw compressors. Butadiene compressor is the key equipment in butadiene extraction plant of petrochemical enterprises. This paper records and summarizes the overhaul technology of butadiene screw compressor imported from Japan. It introduces the processes and technical points of the compressor during its disassembly and assembly and integral hoisting in the compressor room as well as its disintegration, inspection, replacement, assembly and test in the overhaul room. This provides theoretical basis and technical support for the related enterprises to repair similar imported screw compressors in the future.
