摘要
根据流量计的结构尺寸,提出了利用相控阵技术进行扇形扫查(简称扇扫)的检测方法。首先,分析了探头频率、阵元尺寸、扫查方式等因素对该流量计检测性能的影响。其次,利用CIVA软件进行声场仿真,得到了优化的相控阵设计参数,并以此为依据设计专用相控阵探头。最后,设计了含未熔合、未焊透、裂纹、气孔的4大类常见缺陷的流量计焊接试块,进行缺陷响应研究,成功检测出上述4大类常见缺陷,从而验证了本设计的探头对不同缺陷的检测能力。
According to the structure size of the flowmeter, this paper proposes a detection method of sector scanning using phased array technology. Firstly, it analyzes the impacts of probe frequency, array size, scanning mode and other factors on the detection performance of the flowmeter. Then, CIVA software is adopted to carry out sound field simulation and the optimized design parameters of phased array are obtained. Based on this, a special phased array probe is designed. Finally, welding test specimens of flowmeters containing four types of common defects including incomplete fusion, lack of penetration, crack and pores in welds are designed to carry out defect response research. And the above four major types of common defects are detected successfully, thus verifying the testing ability of the designed probe to detect different defects.
