摘要
城市轨道交通中的盾构施工容易引起地表沉降与隧道管片的沉降与偏移,存在着较大的工程自身风险与环境风险。针对地铁盾构区间施工过程中无法及时发现盾构机施工参数异常的问题,开发了盾构实时监控系统,可以即时读取盾构机的关键施工参数,通过网络发送至服务器进行数据存储,并可在系统中查阅历史数据,结合地面监测发现盾构施工过程中异常情况的原因,提高了因参数控制不当而引起风险的预见性,对盾构施工的风险控制具有一定的指导意义。
The construction of subway shields in urban rail transit is likely to cause surficial settlement and settlement and offset of tunnel segments, which has large risks and environmental risks in the project. According to the problem of abnormal construction parameters not being found in time during construction of subway shield section,our company has developed a shield real-time monitoring system. It can read the key construction parameters of the shield machine instantly, than send the parameters to server for data storage. You can view the historical data in the system. This system has certain guiding significance for the risk control of shield construction for the reason that it can find abnormal conditions during the construction of the shield combining ground monitoring and improve predictability of risk due to improper parameter control.
