摘要
为进一步提高清水混凝土的质量及工程效益,结合上海元祖儿童育乐中心工程项目,提出BIM技术指导的新型模板拼装技术,重点论述面板的拼装、明缝做法、蝉缝做法、阴阳角的固定等技术,首次采用在模板底部两段加焊一长条方钢,在方钢下部设置小型的千斤顶,在合模加固时控制模板水平精度的技术,进而保证工程质量和获得良好的综合效益,故可以推广应用。
In order to further improve the quality and engineering benefit of fair-faced concrete,combined with the project of Shanghai Yuanzu Children's Center, a new template assembly technology guided by BIM technology is put forward, which focusing on the panel assembly, open seam method, cicada seam method and fixing of angles. Firstly, a long square steel is welded at the bottom of the template and a small jack is set at the bottom of square steel. The technology of controlling the horizontal accuracy of formwork in the reinforcement of formwork can ensure the quality of the project and obtain good comprehensive benefits, which will be popularized and applied.
