石膏砂浆内墙抹面技术在江苏大剧院工程中的应用

Application of Interior Wall Gypsum Martar Plastering Technology in Jiangsu Centre for the Performing Arts Engineering

优选原材料基础上,试验研究确定了砂率40%、缓凝剂掺量0.03%、保水剂掺量0.2%的石膏砂浆配合比,满足施工与力学性能要求。采用界面处理、挂网、墙面护角和冲筋、抹灰刮平等严格施工工艺流程,保障了江苏大剧院工程内墙石膏砂浆抹灰施工质量,并对部分缺陷产生原因进行了分析和处理,总体上取得了良好的应用效果。

On the basis of optimizing raw materials, the mix proportion of gypsum mortar with 40% sand, 0.03% retarder and 0.2% water retaining agent was determined, which met the requirements of construction and mechanical properties. The quality of plastering construction with gypsum mortar for the interior wall of Jiangsu Centre for the Performing Arts engineering is guaranteed by strict construction process including interface treatment, hanging net, wall corner protection, screeding and scraping. Moreover, the causes of some defects are analyzed and treated. Overall good application effects were obtained.
