摘要
该小区位于扬州市广陵区,项目总建筑面积12.97万m^2,地上由多栋9F^18F住宅楼组成,地下1层,采用剪力墙结构。本区域抗震设防烈度7度(0.15g),设计分组第二组,场地类别Ⅲ类,特征周期为0.62s。5#、17#楼分别为一、二期设计,地上结构完全相同,基础分别采用了预应力管桩基础和管桩复合地基,文章对这2种不同的基础形式从承载力设计、沉降验算、经济性等方面进行了比较分析,2种基础形式均能满足规范设计要求,但经济性差别较大。文章对刚性桩复合地基与复合桩基承载力计算也进行了探讨分析。
The community is located in Guangling District, Yangzhou City,with a total construction area of 129,700 square meters. It consists of a number of 9-18F residential buildings on the ground, one floor underground and adopts a shear wall structure. The seismic fortification intensity of this area is 7 degrees ( 0.15g ), the design is the second group, site category III, and the characteristic period is 0.62s. The 5 # and 17 # buildings are designed for phase I and phase II respectively. The ground structure is identical. Prestressed concrete pipe pile foundation and rigid -pile composite foundation are used for the foundation respectively. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the two different foundation from the aspects of bearing capacity design, settlement checking calculation, economy and so on. The two foundation can meet the design requirements of the code, but the economy is quite different. It also discusses and analyzes the calculation of bearing capacity of rigid pile composite foundation and composite pile foundation.
