于睿教授妙用柴胡桂枝干姜汤经验浅析

An analysis of professorYu Rui’s experience in ingeniously applying Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction

柴胡桂枝干姜汤是一首临床常用方,其功效被历代前贤所推崇.笔者整理于睿教授在临床中妙用柴胡桂枝干姜汤的经验.于睿教授临床善抓患者口干、口苦、便溏等症,结合次证灵活加减用药,治疗不寐、消渴、水肿等多系病证.不仅体现中医学“异病同治”的诊疗理念,亦反映了经方在临床上治疗症状复杂多变的疾病和疑难杂病的奇特疗效.

Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction is a clinically used decoction.Its efficacy has been respected by the predecessors of the past.The author tidies the experience of Professor Yu Rui in the clinical use of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction.Professor Yu Rui clinically grasps the patient's dry mouth,mouth pain,and constipation.Combined with sub-certificate,flexible addition and subtraction of medication,treatment of imperfect,thirst,edema and other multi-line syndrome.lt not only reflects the concept of diagnosis and treatment of"different diseases and common treatment"in traditional Chinese medicine.lt also reflects the peculiar curative effect of the treatment of complicated and variable diseases and difficult diseases in the clinic.
