驳骨膏对骨折愈合过程中钙磷指标的影响

Effect of Bogu ointment on calcium and phosphorus index during fracture healing

目的:观察我院自制驳骨膏在骨折愈合过程中的应用价值及对血清中钙、磷及钙磷乘积含量的影响.方法:将150例骨折患者按照随机对照法分为治疗组与对照组,根据骨折移位情况采用手法整复,治疗组在复位情况下局部外用驳骨膏再行夹板外固定,对照组仅进行夹板外固定,对两组分别于骨折后第1、2、3、4周静脉抽血,测定血清钙、磷、钙磷乘积的含量,观察驳骨膏对骨折愈合过程的影响.结果:75例外用驳骨膏的治疗组较对照组骨折愈合时间缩短.治疗组血钙含量,在骨折后第1周明显升高(P<0.01);第2、3、4周血钙均逐渐下降(P<0.01或P<0.05).相反,治疗组血磷含量,在骨折后第1周下降(P>0.05);第2、3、4周血磷均逐渐升高(P>0.05).与对照组相比,治疗组血钙下降和血磷升高均更明显(P<0.05).结论:驳骨膏能够缩短骨折愈合时间,具有较好的疗效,是一种价格低廉、行之有效的治疗方法.

Objective:To observe the application value of self-made Bogu ointment in the process of fracture healing in fracture patients and its effect on serum calcium,phosphorus and calcium-phosphorus product content.Methods 150 patients with fracture were divided into treatment group and control group according to random control test.The treatment group was treated with external application of Bogu ointment and external fixation with splint under the condition of reduclion.In the control group,only external splint fixation was performed.Venous blood was drawn from two groups at 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after fracture to determine the contents of calcium,phosphorus and calcium-phosphorus product in serum,and to observe the effect of Bogu ointment on the healing process of fracture.Results The healing time of 75 patients in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group;the blood calcium content in the treatment group increased significantly in the first week after fracture(P<0.01);the blood calcium decreased gradually in the second,third and fourth weeks(P<0.01 or P<0.05);on the contrary,the blood phosphorus content in the treatment group decreased in the first week after fracture(R>0.05).The blood phosphorus increased gradually in the 2nd,3rd and 4th week(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the decrease of blood calcium and the increase of blood phosphorus in the treatment group were more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusions Bogu ointment can shorten the healing time of fracture and has good curative effect.It is an inexpensive and effective treatment method.
