刺四缝联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片及保健指导对105例厌食患儿疗效观察

Thorn four seam combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets and health guidance on the effect analysis of 105 cases of children with anorexia

目的:观察3种干预方法对厌食儿童的干预效果.方法:选取105名厌食儿童为干预对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组35例(保健指导)、西药组35例(双歧杆菌四联活菌片+保健指导)和联合组35例(刺四缝+双歧杆菌四联活菌片+保健指导)行随机对照试验,在治疗结束时及治疗结束后3个月评估疗效.结果:3组间年龄、性别和厌食程度差异均无统计学意义(P匀>0.05);近期、远期总有效率联合组和西药组均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01),且联合组优于西药组;西药组、联合组治疗后近期及远期体重变化优于对照组(P均<0.05),且联合组优于西药组.结论:刺四缝联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片及保健指导可有效治疗小儿厌食症,是改善儿童厌食的有效手段.

Objective:To observe the intervention effect of three kinds of intervention on children with anorexia,search for the best therapeutic scheme.Methods:105 children with anorexia as intervention objects,using the random number table is divided into three groups:control group(health guidance)Western medicine group(Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets+health guidance)and combined group(thorn four seam+Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets+health guidance)randomized controlled trials.At the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment to evaluate the efficacy,in accordance with the inclusion of 105 children with anorexia exclusion criteria in this analysis,3 groups of 35 cases,differences in age and sex and the degree of anorexia between the 3 groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Recently,the long-term total efficiency and improve the symptoms of joint group and Western medicine group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(PvO.Ol),and the combined group is better than western medicine group;weight gain in western medicine group,combined group after treatment,the short-term and long-term weight change is better than the control group(P<0.05),and the combined group is better than western medicine group.Conclusion:needling thorn four seam+Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets+health guidance can be effective in the treatment of child anorexia,is an effective means to improve the child anorexia.
