摘要
我国当前推行的学徒制分现代学徒制和新型学徒制两类。学徒制试点中面临推动部门职能分工不合理、科学系统的职业技能标准缺位和各层次职业教育施行学徒制未能有机衔接等问题。应通过优化职业教育顶层设计,理顺管理部门职能关系;推进职业能力标准制定,盘活职业教育资源要素;完善职业教育层次结构,实现“中职-高职-本科”有机衔接等对策,完善学徒制职业教育体系。
Two types of apprenticeship are there in China: modern apprenticeship and new apprenticeship. In the pilot of apprenticeship system, there are many problems, such as unreasonable labor-division among departments;absence of professional skill standards in scientific system;and failure to link up the apprenticeship system at all levels of vocational education. Measures should be taken to improve vocational education system of apprenticeship by optimizing the top-level design of vocational education, straightening out the functional relationship of management departments, promoting the formulation of vocational skills standards, revitalizing the elements of vocational education resources, improving the hierarchical structure of vocational education, realizing the organic convergence of secondary “vocational-higher vocational-undergraduate” and so on.
