《悉尼协议》范式下高职机械制造类专业实训体系的构建 被引量:3

Construction Approaches of Practice Training System for Mechanical Engineering Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Sydney Accord

摘要 借鉴《悉尼协议》,建设高职工程技术类专业实训体系,对于提升高职院校专业建设内涵有重要意义。以高职机械制造类专业为例,借鉴“以学生为中心、以结果为导向、倡导持续改进、尊重专业个性”的《悉尼协议》理念,基于地区产业结构和“中国制造2025”行动纲领调整实训体系结构,基于机械制造工作岗位技能要求实现实训内容模块化和标准化,基于“机械制造工程技术专家”培养目标进行能力设置和实训教学模式改革,基于三方审核建立实训教学质量评估机制,构建高职机械制造类专业实训体系,提升高职专业的竞争力和特色。 To construct practice training system with Sydney Accord as the reference is significant for promoting academic level of engineering technique majors in higher vocational colleges. Taking mechanical engineering majors of higher vocational colleges as the example, drawing lessons from the Sydney Accord concept of “student-centered, result-oriented, advocating continuous improvement and respecting professional individuality”, this paper puts forward adjusting the training system structure based on regional industrial structure and “Made in China 2025” action program, realizing modularization and standardization of training content based on the technical requirements of mechanical manufacturing posts, setting training ability goals and carrying out the reform of teaching mode based on the training objective of “Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Experts”, and establishing the evaluation mechanism of practice teaching quality based on tripartite auditing. In this way, the practice training system of machinery manufacturing specialty in higher vocational colleges could be set up to enhance the competitiveness and characteristics of higher vocational specialty.
