产教融合视角下高职教师专业发展制度的建设 被引量:5

On the Construction of Professional Development System for Higher Vocational Teachers from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要 在产教融合视角下,梳理了国家政策对高职教师专业发展制度建设的要求,分析了当前高职教师专业发展制度建设的欠缺,从制定高职教师专业能力标准,规范高职教师职业资格证书制度,完善高职教师人事分配制度,健全高职教师行业企业实践锻炼管理制度等方面,提出完善高职教师专业发展制度的思路。 From the perspective of industry-education integration, this paper combs the requirements of national policies on the construction of professional development system for higher vocational teachers, and analyses the deficiencies of the current construction on professional development system for higher vocational teachers. Thoughts on improving the construction of professional development system have been have been put forward in the paper from the aspects of formulating standards for competence of higher vocational teachers;standardizing vocational qualification certificate system for higher vocational teachers;completing personnel distribution system and perfecting the management system for higher vocational teachers’ enterprise practice.
