摘要
高校多校区办学给实验室管理带来巨大挑战。综合分析多校区高校实验室管理现状及学生参与实验室管理的意向,提出推行学生深度参与的实验室管理模式,并从制度建设、选拔培训、监管考核三个方面具体阐述了这一模式建设运行的思路。
Great challenges are brought to laboratory management owing to the multi-campus of higher educational institutions. This paper comprehensively analyses the current situation of laboratory management in multi-campus universities and students’ intention to participate in laboratory management, putting forward the mode of promoting students’ further participation in laboratory management. Ideas on how to construct and operate it are explained in this paper from three aspects: system construction;selection training;monitoring and assessment.
