鞍钢KR法脱硫浸入深度模型的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对鞍钢KR法脱硫效果不好的问题开展了工业试验,得出了搅拌桨的最佳浸入深度是1.5m,据此建立了KR脱硫浸入深度模型。应用新模型后,铁水预处理脱硫效率提高到94.2%,脱硫粉剂消耗降至6.4kg/t铁。 With regard to the problem of poor effect of desulphurization by KR method in Ansteel, the industry experiment was carried and thus it was concluded that the best deep immersion for the stirring paddle was 1.5 meter and the model for the stirring paddle with deep immersion for KR method was then established. After the model was used, the desulphurization ratio in pretreatment of hot metal was improved to 94.2% and the consumption of desulphurizer was reduced to 6.4 kg per tone hot metal.
