摘要
鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂在冶炼齿轮钢20CrMnTi的过程中,采取了转炉钢水扒渣、LF精炼强脱氧剂脱氧、VD深真空与软吹相结合、低过热度和低拉速浇注等工艺措施,20CrMnTi齿轮钢的成分、全氧含量、带状组织、淬透性等均满足标准要求。
Such measures in technology as slag removing during tapping from converter, adopting strong deoxidation agent for deoxidation during refining in LF, carrying out the treatment of molten steel by combining deep vacuum treating with soft blowing in VD, casting in the state of low overheating degree and low casting speed were taken in smelting molten 20CrMnTi gear steel in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd.. After that the compositions, total content of oxygen, banded structures and hardenability in terms of the 20CrMnTi gear steel could meet the requirements specified in the standards.
