城乡学校合作型一体化管理模式研究——基于北京市7所城乡合作型一体化管理学校的数据 被引量:1

摘要 城乡学校合作型一体化管理体现了学校组织发展的网络化,呈现了学校组织间关系的制度化。通过调查分析北京市相关学校发现,合作型一体化管理表现出以德育、教学和教研培训三者统领的一体化管理结构,基于各自优势资源开展互助互补的资源整合方式,在借鉴创新基础上努力追求自主发展的合作运行机制等特征;面临着一体化管理动力机制不足、教师交流和学生交流困难较大等挑战。同时,也为其他城乡一体化管理学校提供了以下启示:因地制宜,选择合作型一体化管理的重点内容;拓展渠道,扩大合作型一体化管理的资源整合范围;完善机制,提供合作型一体化管理的制度保障;理念引领,提升合作型一体化管理的自主发展水平。 The cooperative integrated management of urban and rural schools reflects the networking of school organization development,and presents the institutionalization of the relationship between school organizations.Through the investigation and analysis of the relevant schools in Beijing,it is found that the cooperative integrated management is an integrated management structure led by moral education,teaching,teaching and research training;that it is a complementary resource integration mode to develop each other based on their respective advantages;and that it is a cooperative operation mechanism to pursue in dependent development based on learning from each other and breaking a new path,facing the challenges of insufficient motivation mechanism in integrated management and the difficulties in teacher communication and student communication.Meanwhile,it also provides the following inspirations for other urban and rural integrated management schools: selecting the key content of cooperative integrated management according to local conditions,exploring channels to expand the scope of resource integration of cooperative integrated management,improving the mechanism to provide system guarantee for cooperative integrated management,and enhancing the independent development level of cooperative integrated management.
