摘要
作为民国时期著名的教育管理学家,罗廷光融会中西、广学深研,不仅通过其教育管理理论研究,充分阐明了科学化与专业化相济、民主化与集权化并行、社会化与独立化兼顾等核心观点,更在全面考察和深入分析教育行政和学校管理实践领域存在问题的基础上,给出一系列具体而合理的教育管理改革建议,如教育宗旨及政策制定应体现科学性和合理性、学制体系改革应遵循科学化和民主化的原则、教育组织构建和人员选任应以专业化为导向、学校各方面管理应体现民主精神和科学态度。罗廷光的教育管理理论,对该学科思想和内容的充实、理论与实践的结合以及课程和教材的建设等均作出了重要贡献。
As a well-known expert in educational management in the period of the Republic of China,Luo Tingguang combined Chinese culture with Western culture,and did profound research on educational management.Through his theoretical research on educational management,he not only fully clarifies the combination of scientization and specialization,democratization and centralization,socialization and independence,but also puts forwards a series of specific and reasonable proposals on the reform of educational management based on the comprehensive investigation and in-depth analysis of problems in the field of educational administration and school management,including that educational purposes and policy making should reflect scientificity and rationality,that the reform of the schooling system should follow the principles of scientification and democratization,that the construction of educational organizations and the selection of personnel should be guided by specialization,and that all aspects of the school management should embody the democratic spirit and scientific attitude.Luo Tingguang's research on educational management theory has made great contributions to the enrichment of the thought and content of the discipline,the combination of theory and practice,and the construction of curriculums and textbooks.
