摘要
为获得可回收利用的且具有较高光催化性能的纳米TiO2光催化剂,采用静电纺丝技术制备聚丙烯腈(PAN)/钛酸四丁酯[Ti(OC4H9)4]复合前驱体纳米纤维,并通过水热法得到PAN/TiO2复合纳米纤维。探讨静电纺丝溶液配制时乙酸(HAc)的加入次序及PAN与Ti(OC4H9)4的质量比对PAN/TiO2复合纳米纤维光催化性能的影响。结果表明,在先加入乙酸的条件下,PAN与Ti(OC4H9)4的质量比为2.6∶1,紫外光照90min时,30mg PAN/TiO2纳米纤维对20mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化效果最佳(95.69%),其经过5次循环利用后光催化效果可达89.37%。
In order to obtain recyclable nano-TiO2 photocatalysts with high photocatalytic performance, polyacrylonitrile(PAN)/tetrabutyl titanate(Ti(OC4H9)4) composite precursor nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning, and PAN/TiO2 composite nanofibers were obtained by the hydrothermal method in the photocatalytic reaction. The influence of addition order of acetic acid (HAc) and different mass ratio between PAN and Ti(OC4H9) 4 on the photocatalytic performance of PAN/TiO2 composite nanofibers were also studied. The results show that the optimum photocatalytic effect of 30 mg PAN/TiO2 nanofibers on 20 mg/L methylene blue solution are obtained (95.69%) when acetic acid was firstly added and the mass ratio of PAN and Ti(OC4H9) 4is 2.6∶1 , ultraviolet irradiation time is 90 min, the photocatalytic effect could reach 89.37% after five recycles.
