摘要 低噪声放大器作为射频接收通道的核心部件,直接关系到接收通道对于弱信号的捕获和识别。本文提出一种两级级联放大器的设计框架,运用输入最佳阻抗匹配和输出共挺匹配相结合的设计方法,较好地权衡了噪声系数和增益。通过引入滤波器,提高了射频通信模块的收发隔离度和抗干扰能力,确保射频模块在混杂的电磁环境中能够稳定工作。通过理论分析、仿真设计和实物制作,设计出满足北斗导航应用的接收通道低噪声放大器。 The low-noise amplifier as the core component of the RF receive channel directly relates to the capture and identification of the weak signal by the receive channel. This paper proposes a design framework for a two-stage cascaded amplifier, which uses a combination of input optimal impedance matching and output conjugate matching to balance the noise figure and gain. By introducing a filter, the transceiver isolation and anti-jamming capability of the radio frequency communication module is improved, so that the radio frequency module can work stably in a mixed electromagnetic environment. Through theoretical analysis, simulation design and physical production, a receiver channel low noise amplifier designed to meet BeiDong navigation applications was designed.
