摘要
山体是城市在发展过程中避免其空间形态趋同的核心生态要素之一.本文以具有显著喀斯特地貌特点的贵安新区直管区为例,探讨城市空间快速拓展区域的山体保护利用与修复.首先,通过GIS矢量数据叠加分析和指标体系综合评估等技术手段分析直管区内535座山体的现状情况.其次,建立保护修复格局,根据重要程度差异划分山体等级,并分别制定保护利用和修复策略.第三,形成以开发距离和高度分级管控为核心的山体保护方案、以山体公园体系打造为核心的山体利用方案,以及以矿山环境治理和山头绿化美化为核心的山体修复方案.研究成果可以为直管区的规划落实与工程实施提供一定技术指导,提升山地城市特色风貌的显示度,与此同时,案例的研究思路、技术路线,方案成果可以为其他相似规划或研究提供一定参考和借鉴.
Mountain is one of the key elements to avoid the city pattern similarity during the process of urban expansion. This research focuses on the issue of mountain protection,utilization and rehabilitation through a planning perspective,taking the Directly Governed Zone of Guian New Area-with the typical karst landform characteristic-as a case study. In the first place,the current status of the 535 mountains have been assessed based on the collected data through a hybrid method combining a compressive index system and geographical information system( GIS)vectorial analysis. Secondly,a protection and rehabilitation pattern is proposed in order to adapt the burgeoning development in Guian,meanwhile discriminatory management guides for the mountains with different importance levels are made as well. Eventually,a synthetical planning has been lay down to lead the related projects,where the protection part aims at the regulation and control of the mountain surrounding urban space,the utilization part aims at the construction of the mountain park system,and the rehabilitation part aims at the ecological improvement of mines as well as the hill afforestation. The research outcomes could guide the planning implementation and construction projects in Guian and improve the landscape characteristics of the mountainous city. Meanwhile,the research framework,technical routes and planning schemes could be consulted by similar cities.
