摘要
目的:研究药用狗牙花(Ervatamia officinalis)中的生物碱类成分.方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、C 18键合硅胶、HPLC制备等色谱方法进行分离纯化,用波谱学和化学方法鉴定化学结构.结果:用体积分数为95%的乙醇提取药用狗牙花枝叶,分离鉴定了9个单萜吲哚生物碱化合物,分别为lirofoline A(1)、lirofoline B(2)、lochvinerine(3)、洛柯碱(4)、去甲马枯素B(5)、16-表-去甲马枯素B(6)、16-表-老刺木碱(7)、老刺木碱(8)及14,15-didehydro-16-epi-vincamine(9).结论:化合物1~7为首次从药用狗牙花中分离得到,并得到化合物1和3的单晶X线数据.
Objective:To isolate and identify the alkaloid constituents from the leaves and twigs of Ervatamia officinalis Tsiang.Methods:Using of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,Octadecylsilyl(ODS)and preparative HPLC chromatographies to isolate the total alkaloids of E.officinalis.Their structure was identified by NMR,ESI-MS,X-ray analysis and chemical assays.Results:Nine monoterpenoid indole alkaloids were isolated from total alkaloids in 95%ethanol extract and identified as lirofoline A(1),lirofoline B(2),lochvinerine(3),lochnerine(4),normacusine B(5),16-epi-normacusine B(6),16-epi-vobasine(7),vobasine(8)and 14,15-didehydro-16-epi-vincamine(9).Conclusion:Compounds 1~7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction data of compounds 1 and 3 are first reported.
