高效节水灌溉项目目标与可持续性后评价研究

Study on Efficient Water-saving Irrigation Project and Sustainable Post-evaluation Target

为了解决高效节水灌溉工程中存在的问题,改进项目决策与管理水平,提高高效节水灌溉工程的经济效益和社会效益,文章以新疆哈密市大泉湾乡高效节水灌溉项目为研究对象,提出了高效节水灌溉项目目标与可持续性后评价指标体系和评价模型及具体应用流程,研究结论有助于从全方位评价的视角分析项目效益,对相关工程建设和评价具有一定的借鉴价值。
