摘要
水电站大坝溢流面混凝土浇筑按传统做法是将溢流面混凝土与坝体碾压混凝土分为二期施工,在碾压混凝土下游面布置台阶面及插筋,后期凿毛处理后进行溢流面的常态混凝土(含表面抗冲耐磨混凝土)浇筑,本工程通过对大坝碾压混凝土与溢流面常态混凝土同步浇筑施工技术进行分析探讨,以供同行进行参考。
According to the traditional method,concrete pouring on overflow surface of dam of hydropower station is divided into two stages:concrete on overflow surface and roller compacted concrete on dam body.Steps and bars are laid on downstream surface of roller compacted concrete.Normal concrete(including surface anti-impact and wear-resistant concrete) on overflow surface is poured after post-chipping treatment.This project synchronizes normal concrete on overflow surface with roller compacted concrete on dam body.The analysis and discussion of pouring construction technology can provide reference for peers.
