摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌超声特征与人类表皮生长因子受体Ⅱ型基因蛋白(CerbB-2)、细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)的相关性。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月接受超声检查的乳腺癌患者100例为观察对象。采用免疫组织化学法分别检测患者乳腺癌组织中CerbB-2、Ki-67的表达情况,并分析CerbB-2、Ki-67表达与超声特征的关系。结果乳腺癌患者不同超声特征中,肿块大小<2cm的CerbB-2阳性率为48.65%,低于≥2cm的阳性率;肿块边缘有毛刺的CerbB-2阳性率为87.14%,高于无毛刺的患者;血流显像特点为富血供的CerbB-2阳性率为90.77%,高于乏血供患者;有微小钙化的CerbB-2阳性率为86.89%,高于无微小钙化患者;有淋巴结转移的CerbB-2阳性率为90.38%,高于无淋巴结转移患者(均P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者不同超声特征中,肿块大小<2cm的Ki-67阳性率为45.95%,低与≥2cm的患者;肿块边缘有毛刺Ki-67阳性率为84.29%,高于无毛刺的患者;血流显像特点为富血供的Ki-67阳性率为81.54%,高于乏血供的40.00%患者;有微小钙化的Ki-67阳性率为80.33%,高于无微小钙化的患者;有淋巴结转移的ki-67阳性率为82.69%,高于无淋巴结转移的患者(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌超声特征中肿块大小、肿块边缘、血流显像特点、微小钙化、淋巴结转移均与CerbB-2、Ki-67的表达存在密切相关,可用于乳腺癌患者的治疗前后评估。 Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasonographic features of breast cancer and human epidermal growth factor receptor type II gene protein( CerbB-2) and cell proliferation nuclear antigen( Ki-67). Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients who underwent ultrasound examination in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation objects. The expressions of CerbB-2 and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expressions of CerbB-2 and Ki-67 and ultrasound characteristics was analyzed. Results Among the different sonographic features of breast cancer patients, the positive rate of SerbB-2 with mass size less than 2 cm was 48.65%, which was lower than that with mass size more than 2 cm. The positive rate of SerbB-2 with burrs on the margin of the mass was 87.14%, which was higher than that of patients without burrs. The positive rate of CerbB-2 with rich blood supply was 90.77%, which was higher than that of patients with poor blood supply. The positive rate of CerbB-2 with microcalcification was 86.89%, higher than that without microcalcification;the positive rate of CerbB-2 with lymph node metastasis was 90.38%, higher than that without lymph node metastasis( all P < 0.05). The positive rate of Ki-67 in breast cancer patients with different ultrasonographic features was 45.95% when the size of the mass was less than 2 cm, and was lower than or equal to 2 cm. The positive rate of Ki-67 with burrs on the margin of the mass was 84.29%, which was higher than that of the patients without burrs. The positive rate of Ki-67 with rich blood supply was 81.54%, which was higher than that of 40.00% patients with poor blood supply. The positive rate of Ki-67 with microcalcification was 80.33%, which was higher than that without microcalcification. The positive rate of Ki-67 in patients with lymph node metastasis was 82.69%, which was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis( all P < 0.05). Conclusion In the ultrasonographic characteristics of breast cancer, mass size, mass margin, blood flow imaging characteristics, microcalcification and lymph node metastasis are closely related to the expression of CerbB-2 and Ki-67, which can be used in the pre-treatment evaluation of breast cancer patients and has certain value.
