摘要 目的建立一种HPLC法同时测定酸枣仁龙牡合剂中酸枣仁皂苷A和丁香树脂酚二葡萄糖苷含量。方法色谱柱:AgilentZorbaxEclipseXDB-C18柱;混合流动相:流动相A为甲醇,流动相B为乙腈,流动相C为0.15mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:223nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:26℃;进样量:10μl。结果酸枣仁皂苷A和丁香树脂酚二葡萄糖苷分别在0.129~5.386μg/ml(r=0.9996)、0.106~3.452μg/ml(r=0.9995)内,线性范围良好;平均加样回收率分别为100.07%、100.22%,RSD分别为0.98%、1.09%(n=9)。结论本方法简单准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Jujube seed saponin A and Eugenol diglucoside in Suanzaoren Longmu Mixture. Methods The chromatographic column: Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18,Mixed mobile phase: The mobile phase A : methanol, B: acetonitrile, C: 0.15 mol/L Sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution, gradient elution was performed, the detection wavelength: 223 nm, the flow rate: 1.0 ml/min , and column temperature: 26℃, Sample volume: 10 μl.Results Jujube seed saponin A showed a good linear relationship within 0.129 ~ 5.386 μg/ml(r = 0.9996), and Eugenol diglucoside within 0.106 ~ 3.452 μg/ml(r = 0.9995). The average recoveries were 100.07% and 100.22% respectively. The average recoveries were 0.98% and 1.09%( n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Suanzaoren Longmu Mixture.
