重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of recombinant human interferon alpha-2b spray on herpetic angina in children

目的观察重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法选择天津医科大学总医院滨海医院2017年5月~2018年1月就诊的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组患儿均予以对症支持治疗。观察组在此基础上予以重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗;对照组予以常规中药开喉剑治疗,比较两组患儿发热情况、咽痛情况,疱疹消失时间,进食改善情况和临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗过程中均未发现不良反应。结论重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b spray in the treatment of herpetic angina in children. Methods 60 children with herpes angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given symptomatic support treatment. The observation group was reorganized on this basis. On this basis, the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b spray Qid, while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Kaihoujian. The fever, sore throat, disappearance time of herpes, improvement of feeding and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). No adverse reactions were found during the treatment. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of recombinant human interferon alpha-2b spray on herpetic angina in children is remarkable.
